Anchor Briefings users can permanently delete their account and associated data from within the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Anchor Briefings.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting your account permanently removes your Anchor Briefings profile and associated data, including your preferences, watchlist, and tracked themes.
If you cannot access the app
Email thisispragyakaushik@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Anchor Briefings account.
Use the subject line:
Anchor Briefings account deletion request
Include the email address associated with your account.
We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Anchor Briefings account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Please cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it before deleting your account.
Data deletion and retention
After a verified request, we delete the user’s Anchor Briefings account, profile preferences, watchlist, and tracked themes.
Some records may be retained where reasonably required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping.
Subscription and transaction records managed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider are subject to that provider’s retention policies.
We aim to process verified email deletion requests within 30 days.
